CNC Turning Services
The CNC turning service is a popular subtractive machining method that creates cylindrical tools and components with the required shape by feeding a stationary cutting tool into a rotating stock or workpiece to remove sections of its material.
Soft carbon steels, hardened materials, stainless steels, and exotic alloys like Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and several other non-magnetic alloys can all be turned using CNC technology at AERO PRECISION’s skilled CNC machine shop and CNC turning center.

CNC Milling Service
The CNC milling process involves positioning a rotary cutter against a workpiece to eliminate material. This technique is ideal for shaping angles, creating forms, cutting slots and holes, crafting curves, and producing flat surfaces and channels. It efficiently and precisely removes surfaces. First Part CNC milling can achieve a high-quality surface finish and greatly enhance processing efficiency. It also presents advantages such as a low rise in temperature and minimal thermal distortion, making it capable of working with high hardness materials.
To create components that meet design requirements, a movable tool is inserted into a fixed workpiece in this pre-programmed, subtractive manufacturing technique. With the latest CAM software, AERO PRECISION provides CNC milling services that extend to the 5th axis.
EDM Wirecut service
Electrical Discharge Machining, also referred to as spark machining, is an alternative to traditional machining that uses thermal rather than mechanical forces to remove material. Specifically, a hot electrical spark is what removes material from the workpiece. EDM only works on materials that are electrically conductive such as brass, aluminum, and steel.

Cylindrical & Surface grinding service
Cylindrical grinding is a precision machining operation that uses a spinning abrasive wheel to remove material from the outer surface of a cylindrical workpiece. This method is frequently used to obtain precise measurements, smooth surface finishes, and tight tolerances on cylindrical components.
Surface grinding is the process of removing material from the surface of a workpiece using a rotating abrasive wheel in order to improve the surface finish, obtain precise measurements, and remove surface flaws on various types of materials.
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a series of heating and cooling procedures performed on a solid metal or alloy to achieve the required conditions or qualities.
AERO PRECISION offers case hardening heat treatment procedures such as Gas Nitriding, Gas and Pack Carburizing, and others to improve metal component surface hardness and endurance.
